The residents participate in community service as part of their treatment and integration into society.  It is primarily utilized for the purpose of teaching responsibility and giving back to the community.  Keenan House residents have contributed to over 200 hours this past year which were primarily served at Second Harvest Food Bank.  However, other agencies that have been supported include the Salvation Army, The Caring Place, Conference of Churches and Daybreak.  Clients also assisted elderly and community members in snow shoveling, painting, yard work, etc.
