Fiscal Manager

We seek an experienced, highly energetic Fiscal Manager to guide all aspects of our fiscal management in support of our current operations and future growth plans. We are looking for an innovative person who is creative, self-motivated and able to work as a full partner with the Senior Management team and the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be a financial leader, a motivator, a strong communicator and a strategic thinker.

The ideal candidate will have final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination for a medium sized organization. Ability to translate financial concepts to programmatic and fundraising colleagues who do not necessarily have a finance background. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and relationship skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Must have knowledge of accounting and reporting software. Must demonstrate the initiative and willingness to offer support, and work as a team with the Treatment Trends administrative staff.

FT QA Coordinator/Compliance Officer

Immediate opening for a FT Quality Assurance Coordinator/Compliance Officer for a drug and alcohol treatment provider, Minimum Bachelors Degree, with five years drug and alcohol experience, QA experience a plus. Analyze and report on program data for quality improvement. Review incident reports to ensure client and staff safety. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Certified Recovery Specialist

Treatment Trends seeks Certified Recvoery Specialists (CRS).  Applicants must have a personal experience of receovery from substance abuse disorder and myst have, at minimum, two years of continuous sobriety.  We are seeking candidates who are passionate about recovery and enthusiatic about helping to develop the new CRS service. 

Applicants must have a GED/High School Diploma. The ideal candidates will have 2 or more years' work experience and/or education in the addiction treatment field, and a demonstrated ability to complete all required paperwork/documentation within a related field. Applicants must either be State Certified as a Recovery Specialist or willing to obtain training for certification and pass test for certification within one year of employment as a CRS.

CRS will potentially work weekends and/or Saturdays. CRS will work with individuals at Confront, at other treatment agencies, and in the community. Treatment Trends is planning to eventually hire one Full-Time and two Part-Time Certified Recovery Specialists.

Care Manager - Center of Excellence

Treatment Trends seeks a Full Time Care Manager to work with adults enrolled in the Center of Excellence for Opioid Use Disorder.  Will help individuals access services and resources, including physical and mental health care and medically assisted treatment if indicated.  Will strive to get individuals into treatment, encourage completion of treatment, and work with individuals to gain and maintain recovery from addiction. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field is required; Master’s Degree in related field preferred. Licensed Social Workers and Certified Addiction Specialists are encouraged to apply. Bilingual applicants (Spanish/English) strongly encouraged. Care Managers must work weekends and/or evenings and will have on-call requirements. Funded through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services for the first year, with the possibility of continued funding.
